- The 35-year-old makeup mogul revealed Friday that he'd been in a 'severe' car accident which he attributed to hitting black ice on the roads in Wyoming
- He was traveling with friend Daniel Lucas in his brand new Rolls-Royce when the accident happened, causing their vehicle to flip three times
- After giving a brief update via an Instagram Story text post on Friday night, Star returned to the platform on Saturday to provide fans with more details on his and Lucas' injuries
- Recording from a Wyoming hospital, Jeffree revealed he is in 'excruciating pain' because his 'back is really broke and I have three vertebrae that aren't attached right now'
- Star, who will have to wear a back brace for several months, was able to check out of the hospital on Saturday
- Star's passenger Daniel Lucas will have to remain in hospital because he is dealing with 'internal issues due to colon cancer that I had'
- Lucas is currently on an 'ice only' diet because 'he may need surgery' to correct the damage caused by the crash
- Star also included images of his wrecked Rolls Royce on his Instagram Story, while paying a visit to the vehicle on Saturday for insurance reasons
- 'Thank god a Rolls Royce is made with highly reenforced steel because it saved our lives,' captioned the Jeffree Star Cosmetics CEO on one image of the damaged vehicle
Jeffree Star says he is 'grateful to be alive' following a 'severe' car accident in Wyoming on Friday, which resulted in his Rolls Royce flipping multiple times after hitting black ice on the road.
On Saturday, the 35-year-old YouTube star and cosmetics mogul, who was rushed to a Wyoming area hospital on the morning of the crash, gave fans an update on his and his passenger Daniel Lucas' condition.
Star, who was later discharged from hospital, uploaded several shots of his damaged luxury vehicle to his Instagram Story, writing: 'This was hard but I had to go see my car today.'

In regards to his condition, Jeffree revealed that he is in 'excruciating pain' and that Lucas has 'internal injuries' from the crash.
He sat in a rolling chair with a back brace on while next to Lucas, who was still in a hospital bed.
Star shared that he was able to leave the hospital now, but only with the brace on.
